Delivery and setup

Where we deliver

Throughout Northern Cyprus: Nicosia, Kyrenia, Famagusta, Güzelyurt, İskele and Lefke, including the villages attached to them.

For addresses further out we schedule delivery for the day our van is already covering that area. Tell us the address when ordering and we can say which day that is straight away.

Setup

Our team does not leave the boxes at the door. For bases, headboards and sets, assembly is part of the delivery: the base is put together, the headboard fixed to it and the mattress placed.

Packaging is collected and taken away. And because most people buying a new mattress wonder about this: we will take your old mattress away too if you want. Just mention it when ordering.

Measure before you order

The most common problem is not the room — it is the route to the room. Before ordering, we suggest measuring three things:

• Building entrance and stair turn — a double base may not turn on a narrow landing. This is why most of our double bases are made in two pieces.
• Internal size of the lift — depth matters as much as door width.
• Bedroom door — width including the frame.

If you are unsure, take photos and send them on WhatsApp; we will work out what fits.

Timing

Items in stock are usually delivered within a few working days. For bases, headboards and sets made to your fabric and size, the time depends on production; we give an estimate with the quote and confirm the date once the item goes into production.

Payment

We accept cash, credit card and bank transfer. Transfer details are on our bank accounts page. Ask in store about instalment options.
