Quality policy

1. We sell the right product, not the expensive one

Our job is not to sell you the most expensive mattress in the store — it is to find the one that suits you. Selling someone more than they need buys one sale and loses a customer. Tell us your budget and we will show you the best option within it.

2. We only state what we know

If we are not certain about a technical detail we do not guess; we check with the manufacturer and come back to you. The same rule governs the product descriptions on this site — we do not publish a specification we cannot verify.

3. We do not expect you to buy unseen

A mattress is one of the few products that cannot sensibly be chosen without lying on it. Stay as long as you like in our stores and compare products side by side. Nobody will rush you.

4. The quoted price is the price

What we quote includes delivery and setup. No transport, assembly or service charge appears afterwards. If a delivery charge applies, it is written into the quote.

5. We deliver ourselves

We do not hand the item to a courier. Our own team delivers, assembles, removes the packaging and takes your old mattress if you want. The delivery day and time window are agreed in advance.

6. We handle the warranty process

Everything we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty. If something goes wrong under warranty, you do not deal with the manufacturer — we do, on your behalf.

7. We are an authorised dealer

We are the authorised sales point in Northern Cyprus for every brand we carry. Products come directly from the manufacturer; we do not sell parallel imports or goods of unclear origin. That is also the precondition for the warranty being valid.

8. We record complaints
